Our journey began with a shared vision between two women deeply rooted in education and child development—each bringing a unique blend of experience, compassion, and a relentless commitment to excellence. 

Together, we set out to create more than just a childcare program—we envisioned a holistic learning haven that nourishes the whole child. With decades of combined experience in childhood education, enrichment programming, and community-based learning, we saw a need for space that bridged foundational care with innovative, future-ready academics. Regina's extensive background in both the public and private education sectors, coupled with her leadership in creating inclusive educational spaces, provided the backbone for our curriculum's structure. Her knowledge of developmental milestones and family engagement continues to shape the personalized, child-centered approach we take at LSEL. 

Meanwhile, I brought forth my own experience in curriculum design, educational entrepreneurship, and fostering partnerships that place families and children at the heart of community transformation. My passion for cultivating creativity through STEAM, sensory exploration, and social-emotional learning helped shape our students so they aren't just meeting standards but exceeding them in joyful, meaningful ways.

 We started Little Sprouts Enriched Learning not only to meet the demand for quality childcare but also to answer a higher calling—to build a sanctuary of growth, imagination, and integrity for children.

 Our purpose is grounded in the belief that early experiences shape a child's future, and our commitment is to offer a program where education feels like discovery, and every child is seen, heard, and deeply valued. Today LSEL stands as a proud reflection of our dedication to excellence in early learning.
